Hi,
I wanted to take a moment and brag on a great real estate agent. My wife Amy and I were lucky enough to have Gail Bailey as our agent during our recent home purchase. We were using Duffy to sell our home and decided to use Duffy to buy our new home as well. That is where Gail stepped in. She informed us of the buyers rebate program and how easy it would be to get a check just a few days after closing. She took the time to meet us when and where we wanted to look. Gail also sent us daily emails to let us know about all of the new homes that had gone on the market each day.
Gail gave great information at each of the houses that we looked at. She was very quick in responding to any questions/concerns that we had. She always communicated quickly with the other agents to get our offers and counters done quickly. Overall, Gail was a great help to us during a very stressful time. We have used a so called “full service” agent in the past, and they did not compare to the level of professionalism, competency, and overall help that Gail showed us during this time.
